To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Content generated by AI through the Service is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may negotiate specific SLA terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Digital Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Digital Labs from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
